Write Your Way to Success: How Journaling and Planning Keep Me Feeling Like a Bad B!tch

As easy as it is to just be the bad b!tch that I am, sometimes it is more work than necessary. *im lowkey rolling my eyes* I mean, we have self-care, self-love, and self-discipline all in one. As much as I love to say that I was just born a bad b!tch and just wake up a bad b!tch, the mindset still needs to be maintained, u feel me?

The work I put in to be a bad b!tch isn’t really “work”, it’s more just self-love and self-reflection… and just remembering to always be authentically yourself.

With all that said, I’m going to tell you:

  • How i stay an organized bad b!tch (basically staying sane)

  • Why this helps me

It’s not as hard as you think. All you need is a planner and discipline.

Luckily for you, I have created a planner and journal here to keep all of this sh*t organized- and did I mention it’s cute as f*ck.

I always start my day with positive affirmations, whether I write them down or say them out loud. When I started to set my intentions for the day, it really changed the trajectory of how the rest of my day went, I like to repeat them twice to really embed it in my brain.

Besides positive affirmations, I make sure I write down at least one self-care activity for me to do during the day, whether it’s reading, going on a walk, etc.

I like to write this first so I have it at top of mind - it’s something that I can look forward to in my day.

Finally, I will write down all the tasks that I need to get done throughout the day. I try to be as specific as possible with all of my tasks to make sure everything gets done.

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to continue to check in on your tasks and even just your affirmations for a little reminder to be a baddie.

Why this helps me:

The one thing that I love about my planner/journal is that it helps me keep my goals organized. At the beginning of each month, I always make sure to write down goals and manifestations; it just keeps me aligned in where I’m going. It helps me reflect on the last month and figure out ways to move forward.

I know what you’re thinking, “eVeRy mOntH?!” - yes, b!tch, every month! It may seem excessive, but it’s not like you have to have new ones - it’s simply keeping yourself in check and reflecting on the past month. Trust.

Not only do I write my goals, but I self-reflect on who I am, where I am, and where I want to be, moving forward. Self-reflection is key to staying disciplined tbh. It’s how I make sure I am the bad b!tch that I want to be; it’s how I make sure I am aligned with my higher self. It helps me learn more about myself; it helps me stay grounded.

That is what I do. This is how I stay a bad b!tch and make sure I don’t go crazy. Once you build your habits, it becomes natural. It may seem hard at first, but trust me, being able to log goals, self-care, feelings, AND tasks all in one place helps make life a little bit easier.

Hope these tips help and I hope you try my planner/journal! Feel free to let me know how it goes, too! Let me know how you stay a bad b!tch(:
